屏蔽服务模块

完整的安装会把所有功能模块加载起来，客户有些功能模块用不到，可以在services.xml中把不需要的模块去掉。

具体步骤如下：

1. 打开服务端根目录：SVMS Pro文件夹，找到services.xml文件

2. 确认不需要的服务模块，在xml中注释掉即可
